Eligibility:

• Vice-President: 5+ years leadership experience; 2+ years on a club board or IATC Board service; nominated by two clubs.
• Regional Director: 5+ years Torch member, 1+ year club officer, nominated by at least one club in the region.

​Terms:

• Vice-President: Six year commitment. Vice President (2 years) → President (2 years) → Past President (2 years).
• Regional Director: 2 years with term limit of no more than 3 consecutive elections.​
