The International Torch Foundation supports the International Association of Torch Clubs, Inc. (IATC), its local clubs and their members with educational activities, lifelong learning, reasoned discussions and the interchange of information in a collegial atmosphere. Governed by an all volunteer Board of Trustees and officers appointed by the Trustees, the Foundation's endowment and operating funds are invested with the goal of perpetual support of the International Association of Torch Clubs.

As the Torch Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, all contributions are fully tax-deductible under U.S. IRS rules, including donations, membership fees, honors and memorials.

Thanks to donor support, Torch continues to grow and establish new clubs in sought-after locations, ensuring the organization remains strong, vibrant, and present in communities nationwide. Your gift fuels this momentum, empowering Torch to reach more young people and deepen its impact in every club.
Donor support makes it possible to produce and distribute The Torch, our award-winning magazine connecting members nationwide. Gifts underwrite a portion of editorial development, design, printing, and digital access. This ensures the professional quality and national recognition for Torch scholarship. Funds also help support the prestigious Paxton Award, honoring the best of the best Torch presentations each year. Donor generosity keeps this level of excellence and tradition alive.
Contributions directly support recruiting new members and revitalizing clubs across the Torch network. Donor funds created the Membership Growth & Expansion Resource Guide & Tool Kit, giving every club access to professional outreach materials without needing to create them on their own.
Donor support makes the conventions possible and provides grant funding for essential speakers, programs, activities and partners.

In 2026, additional grants will be awarded to new champions who will launch Torch clubs in their cities—an important investment in revitalizing Torch communities across North America and beyond.

Turning Possibility Into Promise

New Club Expansion — $50

$50 fuels efforts to open new clubs, train club officers, host regional gatherings, and provide the tools and support needed for Torch to grow in new communities.
Membership Growth — $75

$75 supports member recruitment resources, professional outreach templates, and club development tools that help existing clubs grow stronger and engage new leaders.
The Torch (Magazine) — $125

$125 helps produce and distribute our award-winning magazine, underwrite editorial design, and support the prestigious Paxton Award honoring the best Torch scholarship each year.
Annual Convention — $200

​$200 powers our national convention, funds key programs and speakers, and provides strategic grants for new champions who will launch Torch clubs in their cities.
