THURSDAY, JUNE 20
9:00 am — 2:00 pm: IATC Board Meeting, Shenandoah-H 
12:00 pm — 6:00 pm: Registration & Information desk open, James River Foyer (outside the Ballroom)
2:00 pm — 2:30 pm: Gathering for first-time convention attendees
2:30 pm — 3:00 pm: Welcome and Opening
3:00 pm — 3:15 pm: Break
3:15 pm — 4:15 pm: Member Seminar Part 1: Igniting the Torch of Tomorrow
4:30 pm — 5:30 pm: Presentation #1: “Richmond 101: History, Tradition, and Architecture” by Ed Slipek
6:00 pm — 7:00 pm: Reception and Bar

9:00 am — 10:00 am: Member Seminar Part 2: Igniting the Torch of Tomorrow

10:15 am — 11:00 am: IATC Business Meeting I
11:00 am — 11:15 am: Break
11:15 am — 12:15 pm: Presentation #2: “Celebrating Richmond as the Cradle of Black Capitalism” by Elvatrice Parker Belsches
12:15 pm — 1:15 pm: Box Lunch: eat with friends inside/outside or take a break in your room
1:15 pm — 1:30 pm: Load buses for tours
1:30 pm — 4:30 pm: 3-hour tours: (a) Richmond tour, (b) Black History & Valentine Museums, or (c) VA Museum of Fine Arts & VA Museum of History & Culture, (d) 2-hour: Docent tour of VA State Capitol
6:00 pm — 7:00 pm: Gathering and Bar
7:00 pm — 9:45 pm: Awards Dinner with Bar

12:15 pm — 1:15 pm: Box Lunch: Eat with friends inside/outside, take a break in your room, or join the Foundation Annual Meeting in Shenandoah-H (only Foundation members may vote)
