The Torch Foundation supports educational activities, lifelong learning, reasoned discussions and the interchange of information in a collegial atmosphere, throughout the International Association of Torch Clubs, Inc. (IATC), its local clubs and their members.
Governed by an all volunteer Board of Trustees and officers appointed by the Trustees, the Foundation's endowment and operating funds are invested with the goal of perpetual support of the International Association of Torch Clubs. As the Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, all contributions are fully tax-deductible under U.S. IRS rules, including donations, membership fees, honors and memorials. |
