The 2024 IATC Convention in Richmond, Virginia, will be electric as we celebrate our one-hundredth milestone year.

Online registration opens at ​7:00 AM ET / 6:00 AM CT on November 30, 2023.

If you have never attended a convention before, you certainly won’t want to miss this one! From accommodations at the Omni, in the heart of downtown Richmond, to exciting tours, remarkable presentations and being surrounded by other Torch members— this will be an event to remember.

Richmond, Virginia is easily accessible by train, plane, and automobile.

• The city is intersected by two interstate highways: I-95 and I-64, and I-85 joins I-95 just south of the city.
• Amtrak has 2 stations in Richmond, the major rail hub at Staples Mill and The Main Street Station. The Omni does run a shuttle to/from Main Street Station.
• Richmond International Airport (RIC) is seven miles southeast of downtown Richmond and offers rental car, taxi, public transportation, Uber and Lyft services. The RIC has eight major airlines that offer nonstop flights to major destinations and connecting options around the world.​​
