Centennial Dinner - Thursday, June 20th

Fresh mixed greens, baby tomatoes, cucumbers, shredded carrots, shaved radish, croutons, choice of dressing.

Pork roulade stuffed with country ham and spinach, bacon braised Brussel sprouts, white bean puree, Virginia apple bourbon chutney.
Chesapeake Chicken
Chicken stuffed with Virginia ham and jumbo lump crab, whipped potatoes, grilled asparagus, dijon cream sauce.
Impossible Meatloaf (V)
With grilled sweet corn and caramelized onions, sweet and smoky tomato sauce, cauliflower, and parsnip puree.

Peanut Butter Pie
Scratch made peanut butter mixed into a freshly-made cream cheese whip cream with Reese's peanut butter cups throughout. Topped with chocolate chips and our signature ganache.
